Weightlifting Competition at Rosemount High School

9^th – 12^th Grade

What: High School Power Lifting Championship for athletes in grades 9-12 

·       All athletes compete in Bench Press, Squat, and Power Clean

·       3 attempts for each lift – Each lifts top lift will be added for overall

·       Medals for 1^st -5^th place in each of the 3 weight categories in each grade

When: March 4, 2011 at Rosemount High School – Main Gym

Registration:  $15 - Register at www.irishproshop.com 

·       Championship T-shirts available when registering online

·       Once registered – waiver and additional registration items will be emailed

Weight Groups – 32 per Class / Per Grade           

9^th Grade            9am-Noon (Weigh-in 7:15-8am)

Below 150          151-175             176+

10^th Grade           Noon-3pm (Weigh-in 10:15-11am)

Below 160          161-185             186+

11^th Grade           3-6pm (Weigh-in 1:15-2pm)

Below 170          171-195             196+

12^th Grade           6-9pm (Weigh-in 4:15-5pm)

Below 175          176-205             206+

·       Medals for 1^st – 5^th place each Category
