RAAA Irish Youth Football

Attention incoming 5th-8th grade athletes that play football: We would like to encourage you to consider participation in our Irish Gym Champions Club program this summer.

IRISH GYM – Summer Champions Club Program - June 15-Aug 14 (Off July 3-7)      

The Rosemount High School Summer Irish Gym staff is excited about offering the following strength and speed development programs for our students this summer.  These programs are administered by RHS coaches! The different programs, links to register, and dates/times are included below. 

 

Students going into grades 5 & 6 - Irish Gym Intro Program ($60)

Work with RHS coaches on speed development, agility, explosiveness, and core strength. All workouts will be at the RHS track and be on Mon/Wed/Fri from 10:30-11:30am.   Register through ISD 196 Community Ed here: https://tce.me/ihLmOf.  Only 100 accepted!

 

Students going into grades 7 & 8 should Register for Irish Gym - Champions Club($100) 

This program introduces our junior high athletes to the proper lifting techniques for strength development in the weight room and includes our speed enhancement program to help develop explosive athletes. Register through ISD 196 Community Education here: https://tce.me/ihLmOf

Students going into grades 9-12 should Register for Irish Gym - Champions Club($100)

10th Grade Male Athletes

  • Strength Development 7:30-8:30am Mon/Wed/Fri
  • Speed Development 8:30-9:30am Mon/Wed/Fri

7-12th Grade Female Athletes

  • Speed Development 8-9am   Tues/Thur  
  • Strength/Core Development 9-10am Tues/Thur.  
  • FRIDAY - Strength Development 7:30-8:30am; Speed 8:30-9:30am

9th Grade Male Athletes

  • Strength Development 9:30-10:30am   Mon/Wed/Fri 
  • Speed Development 10:30-11:30am   Mon/Wed/Fri

8th Grade Male Athletes

  • Speed Development 9:30-10:30am   Mon/Wed/Fri
  • Strength Development 10:30-11:30am   Mon/Wed/Fri

5th/6th Grade - Irish Gym Intro Program - Mon/Wed/Fri - 10:30-11:30

  • Combination of Speed Development/Core Body Strength
  • Only accept 100 males/females total

7th Grade Male Athletes

  • Strength Development 11:30-12:30   Mon/Wed/Fri
  • Speed Development 12:30-1:30    Mon/Wed/Fri

Attention Youth Athletes

We would like to invite you to come play flag football this summer! Come play with your friends and have a great time scoring TDs and playing as a team! We have opportunities for boys and girls of different ages!. Registrations are at  app.athletechs.com/ 

 

Go Girl Flag Football - for girls in these age divisions (4th/5th/6th, 7th/8th/9th, 10th/11th/12th) Join as a team of 7 or as an individual “free agent.” Email a list of your team members to GoGirlFootball@gmail.com 

 

Team Flag Football - for athletes in these divisions (3rd/4th, 5th/6th, 7th/8th, 9th) Join as a team of 7 or as an individual “free agent.” Email a list of your team members to jefferdmann14@gmail.com 

 

Individual Flag Football - for boys and girls going into 1st-4th grades. Each day random teams are created and they go play 2 games. Great introduction to flag football to gain confidence!

Rosemount Irish Youth Football (IYF) is operated as part of the Rosemount Area Athletic Association (RAAA)  in close cooperation with Rosemount Irish Football Boosters and the Rosemount Irish High School Football Program.
